Randall Edwards

Randall Edwards is a Director of 186 London Limited and a founding member of the London business. He is an FCA Chartered Accountant, a former corporate-finance partner at PwC and a senior business adviser with more than 35 years of experience working with owners and management teams.

His work has included company sales, succession planning and strategic transactions. He has advised business owners preparing for a sale, considering management or employee ownership and deciding how value, continuity and personal objectives should be balanced. This includes experience with Employee Ownership Trust projects and other ownership transitions.

Randall has also bought, built and sold businesses himself. That experience gives him a direct understanding of the financial, operational and personal questions that accompany an exit, acquisition or restructuring. Randall has chaired Egnida Group since 2011. His work there concerns renewable energy, strategic consultancy, vehicle fleets, charging infrastructure and the commercial planning needed when energy and mobility systems meet.
